Now i want to write about How to keep the body always fresh. we know that if healty is very important. So everyone must protect the body from disease.
we can protect the body with consume vitamine. But thats all is not enough, we must give good nutrition. with the nutrition balanced, and dont forget to exercise with regulary.
we know that if exercise everyday can degrade the blood sugar. this is very important for someone with Diabetes mellitus.
and many still metod to make we healty.
with consumtion vegetable everyday. we know if in vegetable have a lot of fiber. the fibber very important for body, that can make we easy at defecate.
and then to make the body always healty we must drink water 2 liter everyday.
so i think is enough, in another time i will give you another trick about healty.
